SWOLLEN GUM and STOMATITIS

Swollen gum and stomatitis are characterized by inflammation of the mucous tissue of the mouth.

Hydrotherapy :
  1. Rinse mouth with warm salty water, 3 times a day before meal.
  2. Massage gum areas with your clean fingers mouth rinse with warm salty water.
  3. Brush your teeth with fine toothbrush, each time after meal.
  4. Drink at least 4 glasses of fruity juice in daytime.
  5. Get a dentist to examine your swollen gum, and a clinician to examine your mouth.

Herbal Medication :
1. Wash mouth with the solution of boiled Guava leaves (Psidium Guajava, L)
* Boil a bowl of chopped fresh guava leaves in 2 glasses of water for 10 minutes. Strain and let it cold.
* Add some salts into the boiled solution, and then use it for mouth wash each time after meal.

2. Rinse mouth using Sawo - Durian (Chrysophyllum cainerto, L) leaves solution
* Boil a bowl of chopped fresh Sawo Durian leaves in 2 glasses of water for 10 minutes.
